I had the opportunity to be invited as a guest to
Sam Bell's DVD release in Hollywood. It was a lot
of celebrities and stars there too support the DVD,
that is about health, fitness and how to prevent to
get diabetes and other problems from overweight.
They introduced me in front of all papparazzis and
other photograpers( from different magazines) on the
red carpet.
I was not prepared for this before I came. So there
I was standing with training clothes on the red carpet
where you should suppose to be dressed in a nice designed
dress.

for students that wants to be certified by the Pro’s. |

my first Tattoo. Went to Gordons tattoo place Westcoast
Tattoo in Aberystwyth, Wales. He is one of the best
in the world.

to Europe. Went to Sweden to visit my son and my family
. I also met up with Thomas Stellander and Martin
Kjellstrom, two Scandinavian IFBB Pro’s. For
Christmas I went to Wales to have some vacation, |

DVD Marika’s cinderalla story is getting released.
It will be available at my shop and in the shop at

by Dorian Yates, posing with Lenda Murray, talking
to many of the pro’s in Venice, me doing cardio
and living my life in Venice California. It’s
made by Joel Barham who also did Mark Dugdales DVD
“Driven”. He is a wonderful person to
work with and his work is the best. |

the movie The Moot as robot girl Zelena.
I played a mean terminator girl that traps her victims
with her attractive doll look. I was to terminate
the hated mafia boss. Lots of fun and a it was a good
experience. |

shoot at Gold’s Gym
Me, Sherry goggin. Anna Larsson, Tanji Johnston and
Nicole. Cant tell so much about it right now since
it’s confidential until the have closed the
deal with tv companies. But in January I will be revealing
all the good things...

th of November We
were proud to annonce the birth of the magazine KAGED
MUSCLE MAGAZINE. Me and Kris started to work on it
right after The Olympia Weekend and finally after
many days inside our apartment by the computers it
was ready to be printed. And now it’s out on
selected News stand, in Gold’s gym Venice, selected
nutrition stores and on NPC and IFBB shows. We have
also subscribers from many states of the US and also
different parts of the world. |
